Rvs-Cde  Council of State

Hearing

The case is then examined in a public hearing. Pleadings before the Council of State are short since the proceedings are mainly in writing. The parties are briefly given the floor to make, where appropriate, necessary and relevant observations and reflexions. Subsequently, the Auditor states his opinion, taking into account the parties’ last statements. The debates are closed and the case is taken into consideration.
